Joan Ellmore, NP
Joan Ellmore is a new nurse practitioner for Healthy Beginnings Wellness & Esthetics! Joan received her BSN from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Continuing her education, she received her MSN from The Catholic University of America. Joan specializes in adult medicine and is looking forward to helping her new clients at Healthy Beginnings Wellness & Esthetics. In her free time, Joan works out almost everyday. She has also competed in bodybuilding competitions!
Kathrine Lindsey Gray, NP
Lindsey Gray is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Lindsey has focused most of her career on helping patients with diabetes to become healthy through lifestyle changes, including weight loss and healthy eating. At Healthy Beginnings, Lindsey has continued her passion for helping patients. Lindsey focuses on weight loss and bio-identical hormone replacement.
Kim Haynes, B.S.N, RN
Kim Haynes, B.S.N, RN has been with Healthy Beginnings Wellness & Esthetics for almost 2 years. Kim serves as the head registered nurse. She received her B.S. in Biology from UMW in 2011, her RN from Career Training Solutions in 2015, and recently completed her BSN at UMW. Kim is certified in BHRT, Viora, IV Vitamin Therapy, Viveve and CelluPulse therapies. She is also CPR certified, in addition to ACLS and PALS. She is a mother of two and works PRN in the Emergency Department at Mary Washington Hospital.
Jamie Schroeder, B.S.N, RN
Jamie Schroeder, B.S.N, RN has been with Healthy Beginnings Wellness & Esthetics since 2007. She splits her working hours at KidMed Pediatric Urgent Care and works as a school nurse at Spotsylvania County Public Schools. She is certified in BHRT, Vioria, Colon HydroTherapy, CelluPulse therapies, Onabotulinum Toxin and filler injections as well as Viora Therapies. She enjoys spending time with her family and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Nurse Education.
Tara Schroeder, B.S.N, RN
Tara Schroeder has been with Healthy Beginnings Wellness & Esthetics since 2011! She splits her working hours between Mary Washington Hospital’s oncology unit and HBWL Center! Tara is certified in Viora therapies, BHRT, weight-loss therapies, Viveve and CelluPulse. She is a mother of four and loves family time.
Olivia Dalberg, B.S.N, RN
Olivia Dalberg graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with her bachelors in biology with a minor in chemistry. She works with us as a medical assistant and is currently working towards going to PA school. Olivia is trained as a weight loss coach and viora technician.
